Paula Baldoni can hardly believe it: she is celebrating her 50th birthday. To kick off the new decade, she is working with the Perrysburg Arts Council, an event that aims to inspire a healthier and happier life.

The Toledo Zoo invites artists and craftsmen to show off their creativity and talents at the annual Wild Art Festival, which takes place on Saturday, May 20, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. M. Wild art includes entertainment, interactive activities and of course animals, with local and regional artists showcasing their talents.

He received his BFA from the University of Toledo, where he was Tri-Delt, and later completed his diploma thesis in Fine Arts at Bowling Green State University. He gave up teaching to raise his children before returning to Notre Dame Art Academy in the early 1980s. After educating children and teaching, he left the teaching profession in 1987 to finish with a work of art. Dr. Noel received his doctorate in osteopathic medicine in 2007 and has been enrolling new patients at Perry County Medical Center for the past three years.

He likes to read to young adults at Sunshine Children's Home and sing in the choir, as well as doing the necessary historical research for the Perry County Historical Society's annual Christmas concert.

He also works with museum staff and travels with museum staff to direct art - targeted trips to museums and galleries across the country, as well as to art fairs. He said he knew that there are artists who live in the area but have no place to show their work on site, and he opened the gallery to observe many artists from Toledo with international renown who had difficulty showing their work on site. As a teenager, he also had the idea of "Fused Glass" - cutting and creating his own masterpieces from Fused Glass for young adults.
